Delivery Officer – DevOps & Automation

About the role

Design, implement, secure and operate automated application and infrastructure delivery capabilities across cloud and on‑premises environments. Establish reliable CI/CD, IaC, configuration management, container platforms, observability and DevSecOps practices while remaining vendor‑neutral.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and improve CI/CD pipelines, automating build, testing, security validation, artifact management, approvals, deployment, rollback and release evidence.
• Develop reusable Infrastructure as Code modules and templates for cloud, virtualized and on‑premises resources, automating provisioning and configuration.
• Design, deploy and operate container runtimes, registries, orchestration platforms and related networking, storage and security components.
• Automate workloads across public cloud, private cloud, virtualization and physical infrastructure, ensuring portability and modularity.
• Embed security checks into delivery pipelines, managing secrets, image security and compliance evidence.
• Implement centralized logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards and automated response actions to ensure reliability.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, platform engineering, cloud or automation.
• Proven experience delivering CI/CD, IaC, configuration automation and container platforms in production.
• Experience supporting services on at least one public or private cloud or on‑premises platform.
• Background in enterprise project delivery or managed services, including incident, change and problem management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation), configuration management.
• Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), registries, orchestration.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on‑premises virtualization.
• DevSecOps practices: security scanning, secrets management, compliance.
• Observability tools: logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards.
• Linux and Windows administration, scripting, APIs.
