Delivery Station Liaison – Customer Service

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Delivery Station Liaison to provide real‑time, hands‑on support to customers whose parcels encounter delivery issues. Working on‑site at a last‑mile delivery warehouse, you will act as the direct link between customers, Delivery Service Partners and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer calls, empathize, and build trust while resolving delivery issues.
• Investigate failed or at‑risk deliveries, provide accurate status updates, and coordinate same‑day or next‑attempt deliveries.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail on each case and proactively identify solutions.
• Collaborate with multiple workgroups within the station, both face‑to‑face and virtually.
• Communicate barriers and solutions to senior leadership.
• Navigate multiple online platforms and technology systems efficiently.
• Work in a fast‑paced, noisy environment with provided hearing protection.
• Maintain a flexible full‑time schedule (40+ hours per week).
