Demand Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Demand Planner to develop and maintain accurate sales and demand forecasts, working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure optimal inventory levels across our store network.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current inventory status and adjust ordering parameters to maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Monitor daily stock movements, generate inventory and sales reports, and use the data for demand forecasting.
• Maintain and update the replenishment model parameters to reflect seasonality and trends.
• Prepare demand forecasts, initiate purchase orders with suppliers, and track receipt of goods.
• Coordinate inventory management with Account Managers and dispatch orders to stores, ensuring proper tracking.
• Liaise with suppliers to improve collaborative forecasting and replenishment processes.
• Ensure accurate record‑keeping of in‑stock positions and produce timely analysis and reporting of inventory and purchase forecasts.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in demand planning or a related supply‑chain function.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Demand forecasting and reporting.
• Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, linking to Google Sheets).
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
