Demand & Supply Planner

About the role

Our client, a leading FMCG and beverage company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Demand & Supply Planner to join the Supply Chain team in Madinah. The role ensures the right products are available in the right quantities, at the right time and cost, supporting production, material, inventory and dispatch planning across the kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse regional forecasts, sales data, warehouse capacity, stock levels and production capacity.
• Perform SKU‑level forecast analysis to improve demand planning accuracy.
• Monitor DSP KPIs, conduct root‑cause analysis and support corrective actions.
• Prepare statistical forecasts and develop production plans based on demand, stock and capacity.
• Plan raw material and packaging requirements, considering shelf life, cost and warehouse constraints.
• Coordinate with Procurement, suppliers and internal teams to secure material availability.
• Prepare supply and dispatch plans to maintain stock balance, minimise shortages, excess and ageing inventory.
• Maintain accurate planning documentation and system records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in demand and supply planning within the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and production, material and inventory planning.
• Very good command of English.
