Dental Assistant – Graduate Development (Tamheer)

About the role

The Tamheer Graduate Development Program offers a six‑month, full‑time position for recent graduates to work as Dental Assistants at King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Medina. You will support dentists using the 4‑Handed Dentistry technique, ensure patient comfort, and uphold clinical standards in a high‑volume dental department.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures.
• Assist dentists during clinical operations using the 4‑Handed Dentistry approach.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with infection‑control protocols.
• Provide patient education on post‑treatment care and oral hygiene.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth workflow and high‑quality care.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Associate Degree/Diploma in Dental Assistance.
• Eligibility for the Saudi Tamheer program.
• Strong interest in developing a career in dental care.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Medina.
