Dental Nurse – Full-time Clinical Role

About the role

The Dental Nurse position is a full‑time, on‑site role at Elise Clinics in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role supports dental practitioners during clinical procedures, prepares and maintains treatment rooms, and ensures that all instruments and materials are sterilized and ready for use. The nurse also assists patients before, during and after treatment, providing chair‑side support and oral‑hygiene education.

Key responsibilities

• Support dental practitioners during routine and complex procedures.
• Prepare, set up and maintain treatment rooms and equipment.
• Sterilize and decontaminate instruments and materials according to infection‑control standards.
• Provide chair‑side assistance and patient education on oral hygiene.
• Document clinical notes accurately and maintain patient records.
• Adhere to infection‑control protocols and manage decontamination processes.
• Organise appointments and ensure proper record‑keeping.
• Collaborate with the wider clinical team to deliver high‑standard dental and aesthetic care.

Required profile

• Recognised dental nursing qualification or diploma with valid professional registration.
• Previous experience in a clinical dental setting; experience in aesthetic or multidisciplinary clinics is an advantage.
• Strong foundation in dentistry and ability to support routine and complex procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient‑centred approach.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate clinical records and basic computer skills; English proficiency required, Arabic a plus.
