Design Manager – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead multi‑disciplinary design delivery for infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Director of Infrastructure Planning & Design, you will ensure designs meet standards, budgets and schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior management in day‑to‑day coordination and assurance of design delivery across all project stages.
• Coordinate design consultants and technical teams to produce compliant, integrated, high‑quality design outputs.
• Review design submissions for quality, completeness and alignment with project requirements before approval.
• Maintain design trackers, action logs and approval workflows to support governance and reporting.
• Identify and mitigate design‑related risks, assumptions, constraints and dependencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in design coordination or design management roles.
• Proven experience working with multi‑disciplinary design consultants.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
