Design Manager - Telecoms/AV/ELV

About the role

WSP is looking for a Design Manager to lead telecom, AV, ICT, security and ELV design across large‑scale developments in Saudi Arabia. The role will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure integration of smart technologies and deliver high‑quality technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage design consultants for telecoms, AV, ICT, security and ELV.
• Review technology strategies, design submissions and technical specifications.
• Coordinate low‑voltage and ICT systems across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure integration of smart technologies, structured cabling, AV and communications infrastructure.
• Support stakeholder engagement and lead technical workshops.
• Monitor consultant performance, project deliverables and compliance with standards and regulations.
• Assist procurement and technology implementation strategies.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, ICT or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in large‑scale mixed‑use, smart city, hospitality or commercial projects.
• Proven ability to manage design teams and deliver complex technology infrastructure.
