Digital Marketing Manager (Remote)

About the role

Advance Real Estates, a Saudi‑based real‑estate services provider, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead its online marketing activities remotely from Egypt. The role will shape the brand’s digital presence, generate qualified leads and support growth across commercial, residential and administrative property lines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing and digital strategy.
• Plan, launch, optimise and manage advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and other platforms.
• Maintain and improve the corporate website, ensuring SEO‑friendly, up‑to‑date content.
• Oversee all social media channels, handling content planning, publishing, engagement and performance reporting.
• Create and run marketing campaigns for commercial, residential and administrative real‑estate properties.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, graphic designers and content creators to produce high‑quality marketing assets.
• Design, review and supervise printed materials such as brochures, flyers, roll‑up banners and promotional items.
• Manage production, design and installation of outdoor advertising boards and real‑estate signage.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare monthly reports and provide actionable insights.
• Generate qualified leads and continuously improve conversion rates.
• Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, AI tools and digital technologies.
• Collaborate with senior management to launch new initiatives that drive business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing management.
• Strong project‑management and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
