Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across major platforms. The role focuses on generating high‑quality leads, boosting brand awareness, and supporting overall business growth through data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, Snapchat and TikTok.
• Generate and manage qualified leads through digital channels.
• Monitor performance, produce regular reports and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain social media presence and other digital marketing activities.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Analyse marketing data, customer behaviour and ROI to continuously improve results.
• Track lead quality and conversion rates, supporting sales objectives.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Business Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong knowledge of lead generation, campaign optimisation and analytics.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
