About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to design, launch, and optimise campaigns across social, search, and email channels. The role focuses on boosting brand visibility, attracting qualified leads, and driving measurable growth for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans for social media, search engines, and email.
• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok.
• Monitor platform performance, analyse data with analytics tools, and generate regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to produce cohesive marketing assets.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Track KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and present actionable insights.
• Research market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Maintain email marketing databases and execute targeted email blasts.
• Test and optimise landing pages to increase conversion rates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing or advertising management.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and juggle multiple campaigns.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
