Digital Sales & Business Development Manager (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Digital Sales & Business Development Manager to expand our consultancy’s footprint across the Saudi market. The role focuses on building a robust sales pipeline, engaging key decision‑makers, and converting new business opportunities, especially within government and enterprise sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline for digital and technology solutions.
• Identify, engage, and develop relationships with target clients and key decision‑makers.
• Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation through deal closure.
• Collaborate with leadership to support market expansion and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to effectively position digital solutions.
• Track and report on sales activity, pipeline progression, and conversion metrics.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in digital or technology solutions.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and influence decision‑makers.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Arabic language proficiency (preferred) for government sector engagement.
• Saudi nationals preferred; other nationalities will be considered.
• Valid KSA driving license.
