Digital Sales Representative

About the role

At Lendo, we are a leading financial technology company reshaping the financial ecosystem in Saudi Arabia. Our innovative digital platform empowers companies by providing effective and Sharia‑compliant financial solutions. As we expand, we’re looking for a digital sales specialist to join our team. In this role you’ll focus on identifying and nurturing potential customers, communicating effectively, and leveraging the HubSpot CRM system to drive growth in the group‑lending market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and research new potential customers in the group‑lending industry.
• Use electronic platforms, social media and digital tools to build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
• Qualify potential customers by evaluating compatibility with Lendo’s financial solutions and understanding their financing needs.
• Conduct cold‑calling outreach, clearly communicating Lendo’s value proposition.
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other communication efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update the sales pipeline regularly in HubSpot CRM.
• Generate regular reports on lead generation performance, sales metrics and conversion rates, analysing data to identify trends.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align lead‑generation activities with broader campaigns and share insights with the sales team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in digital sales, lead generation or a similar role.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or comparable customer‑relationship management software.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Results‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Experience in financial technology or group‑lending is an added advantage.
