Digital & Technology Project Manager

About the role

Reef Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead digital transformation and technology initiatives across the organization. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget while coordinating with business units, technology teams, and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage digital transformation projects from requirements gathering through launch and final delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and required resources.
• Coordinate with business departments to prioritize requirements and align project goals.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies, ensuring adherence to milestones.
• Lead regular project meetings, track actions, and produce status reports for management.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and delivery commitments.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing, launch readiness, training, and post‑launch stabilization.
• Ensure compliance with technology governance, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing digital or technology projects in a corporate environment.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans.
• Excellent coordination skills with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Experience monitoring budgets, risks, and change requests.
