Digital Transformation Advisory Lead

About the role

As a Digital Transformation Advisory Lead you will guide executive leaders in shaping, governing and optimizing enterprise digital transformation portfolios. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, DTMO governance and emerging technology advisory, helping organisations make informed investment decisions and accelerate outcomes across cloud, AI, automation and data initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and govern the enterprise digital portfolio, ensuring alignment with business strategy, funding models and benefits realization.
• Oversee Digital Factory delivery from MVPs and pilots to scaled solutions, driving Agile, hybrid and product‑based delivery practices.
• Partner with executives and transformation leaders to drive alignment, lead steering committees and provide executive dashboards on progress and value realization.
• Enable transformation initiatives across cloud modernization, AI, automation, data platforms and core business systems.
• Advise on Agile‑at‑scale, assess delivery maturity and recommend actions to improve portfolio performance.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in portfolio and program management within large‑scale transformation environments (PMO, DTMO, Digital Factory).
• Proven success governing digital transformation portfolios across multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, hybrid and product‑based delivery models at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders and provide strategic decision support.
• Hands‑on experience with portfolio and delivery management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, ClickUp or Trello.
• Solid background in RFP management, vendor evaluation and partner governance.
• Exposure to digital, data, AI, automation and cloud transformation initiatives.
