Digital Transformation Manager (KSA Nationals Only)

About the role

As a Manager within the Four Principles Digital Transformation Team, you will lead project teams focused on digital transformation, digital product management, solutions development, and business transformation. You will oversee client engagements, manage team members, and ensure successful execution of digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage digital transformation projects from initiation to execution.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure successful collaboration and outcomes.
• Plan and run workshops with clients to define digital transformation roadmaps and strategies.
• Guide and mentor consultants and senior consultants, optimizing team performance.
• Drive implementation of digital solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Provide strategic advice on IT governance, data analytics, applications, and emerging technologies.
• Ensure high‑quality project deliverables and measurable business impact.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and facilitate communication between client and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of consultancy experience with a focus on digital transformation.
• Strong leadership and client‑management capabilities, able to drive engagements independently.
• Analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving skills.
