Director – AI Solutions & Intelligent Automation

About the role

Our client is creating a central Enterprise AI Office to drive AI adoption across a diversified portfolio of businesses. Reporting to the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer, the Director will lead the identification, evaluation, implementation and optimisation of enterprise AI and intelligent automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of commercial AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI Enterprise, SAP Joule, Salesforce Einstein, Oracle AI and UiPath.
• Collaborate with subsidiary leadership to uncover automation opportunities, redesign processes and coordinate implementation with technology partners.
• Establish implementation standards, vendor governance, solution architecture principles and performance metrics.
• Ensure successful adoption of AI solutions across multiple business sectors and maximise return on AI investments.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading enterprise technology implementation, intelligent automation or digital transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise AI platforms, process automation, vendor management, cloud technologies and enterprise application integration.
• Proven ability to work across multiple industries and manage complex technology transformation programmes within large organisations.
