About the role

The Director, Finance & Business Support will lead the finance function of Fairmont Ramla, Riyadh, overseeing all financial aspects of hotel operations and ensuring compliance with local and corporate policies. This senior position reports to senior management and works closely with operational teams to drive financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and monitor the hotel’s annual budget.
• Prepare and present financial statements and reports to senior management.
• Analyze financial performance and provide forecasts to support strategic decisions.
• Support operational teams with financial insights and cost‑control measures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage financial risks.
• Lead, develop and train the finance team.
• Collaborate with other departments on revenue‑growth initiatives and investment analysis.
• Communicate financial performance and strategies to owners and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance teams in hotel or hospitality environments.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and compliance.
• Ability to assess and manage financial risks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
