Director - Financial Planning and Analysis (Residential FP&A)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Director to establish and lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function for a newly created Residential subsidiary within a large‑scale Saudi giga‑project. The role will shape the financial foundation of the residential platform while aligning with the governance, funding and reporting structures of the broader project.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A function for the Residential Business Unit and its operating subsidiary.
• Design, implement and continuously improve budgeting, forecasting and management reporting frameworks for residential development projects.
• Develop and embed financial governance, controls and reporting standards in line with corporate finance, board and investment‑committee requirements.
• Prepare consolidated financial forecasts, capex plans and cash‑flow projections for the residential portfolio.
• Monitor project performance, conduct variance analysis and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Oversee escrow account structures, ensure compliance with REGA and WAFI regulations, and manage related reporting.
• Act as the primary finance liaison with Corporate Finance, Treasury, Internal Audit and external auditors.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior finance leader, preferably at director level.
• Deep real‑estate or development background with hands‑on exposure to large, multi‑year projects.
• Strong track record of building financial discipline, governance and reporting frameworks.
• Ability to work across corporate finance, treasury, audit and regulatory stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and decision‑support skills for complex portfolio management.
