Director – Food and Beverage Partnerships

About the role

The Director of Food and Beverage Partnerships will shape the airport’s dining experience by creating a balanced mix of quick‑service, casual and specialty concepts that meet passenger needs and commercial goals. This senior leader will drive strategy, partner selection, contract management and operational delivery across all food and beverage outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development of a long‑term food and beverage strategy aligned with passenger profiles, airport positioning and commercial targets.
• Identify, evaluate and select partners ranging from local favorites to global brands based on market research and passenger demand.
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring performance metrics, health‑safety standards and pricing policies are included.
• Coordinate with design and operations teams to optimise location visibility, flow and compliance with infrastructure requirements.
• Monitor space handover timelines, oversee opening readiness and align with terminal commissioning schedules.
• Collaborate with Marketing to co‑develop food promotions and brand activation campaigns.
• Track sales performance and guest‑satisfaction metrics to inform product mix, layout and pricing strategies.
• Maintain a central database of contracts, KPIs, store layouts and operational benchmarks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or equivalent (required).
• Master’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial position.
