Director - Implementation (SN7)

About the role

Qiddiya is hiring a Director of Implementation (SN7) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on a full-time basis. The role leads the enterprise implementation planning framework, integrating development sequencing, infrastructure readiness, asset deployment and activation across the Qiddiya portfolio, and provides implementation insights to Executive Management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the integration of implementation plans, development strategies, phasing assumptions and delivery requirements into a coordinated, decision-ready planning environment.
• Evaluate and challenge development assumptions, priorities, sequencing strategies and readiness requirements to identify risks, constraints and opportunities affecting delivery and investment decisions.
• Establish and govern the implementation data framework and the Development Data Register, ensuring accurate, consistent data and improving reporting automation and digital analytics.
• Set up governance mechanisms for cross-functional dependency identification, tracking and resolution, and integrate implementation priorities across districts, Business Units and corporate functions.
• Lead the development and enhancement of the Qiddiya Implementation Plan and consolidate district, asset-class and infrastructure plans into a unified portfolio view.
• Establish the enterprise implementation planning framework, including policies, procedures, standards, methodologies and governance requirements, and run planning reviews, technical assurance and readiness assessments.
• Provide executive recommendations on implementation priorities, sequencing and cross-functional trade-offs, and assess alternative implementation scenarios.
