Director of Business Development

About the role

The Director of Business Development is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will define and execute growth strategies for KeyDeLuxe across GCC markets, identify new business opportunities and expand the client base among dealers and premium automotive buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of leads, qualify prospects and oversee negotiations.
• Close commercial agreements that meet revenue and margin targets.
• Collaborate with operations and sourcing teams to align development efforts with inventory availability and market demand.
• Track market trends, prepare performance reports and represent KeyDeLuxe at industry events.

Required profile

• Proven track record in new business development and lead generation within B2B or automotive markets.
• Experience in business planning, market analysis, forecasting and go‑to‑market strategy development.
• Strong contract negotiation and account management capabilities.
• Background in automotive, international trade or related sectors is highly beneficial.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
