Director of Human Resources

About the role

The Director of Human Resources will join the property’s executive committee, reporting directly to the General Manager and working closely with the Regional Senior Director of HR. This senior leader will shape and execute HR strategy for the Diriyah Gate property in Riyadh, aligning talent initiatives with business objectives and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall HR strategy, including talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management and employee development.
• Lead engagement‑survey activities and translate results into actionable improvement plans.
• Coordinate the human‑capital review process, oversee workforce planning and manage the leadership pipeline.
• Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in line with regional goals.
• Monitor and promote effective use of HR technology (e.g., myHR) across the property.
• Serve as change manager for high‑impact employee initiatives and present HR metrics to owners and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with at least four years of HR experience, OR a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to work independently, influence senior stakeholders and lead HR projects in a hospitality environment.
