Director of Marketing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, results‑driven Director of Marketing to shape and execute the hotel’s overall marketing strategy. The role will enhance brand presence, drive demand, and create innovative campaigns that boost guest engagement and support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the hotel’s annual marketing plan and integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, content, and traditional channels.
• Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent communication across all platforms.
• Manage the hotel’s digital assets, including website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, Operations, and other departments to align marketing with commercial goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to uncover new opportunities.
• Oversee the marketing budget, allocate resources efficiently, and manage external agencies and media partners.
• Measure campaign performance, produce regular reports, and recommend improvements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering creativity and high performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality or hotel sector.
• Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
