Director of Residences – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Director of Residences will lead the homeowner experience at Raffles Diriyah, overseeing every touchpoint from pre‑move‑in to daily residential living. This senior position requires a proactive, empathetic approach to deliver the hallmark Raffles hospitality to high‑net‑worth residents.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the complete homeowner journey, ensuring seamless pre‑move‑in and ongoing services.
• Maintain and elevate service excellence and brand standards across all residential touchpoints.
• Build and nurture genuine relationships with homeowners, staff, and executive leadership.
• Oversee operational functions, including health, safety, security, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with hotel, brand, and destination teams.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team of 15+ colleagues.
• Govern Homeowners Association (HOA) matters and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
• Drive community engagement, event and lifestyle curation, and integration with hotel brand experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, real‑estate management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7‑10 years of progressive senior management experience in ultra‑luxury residential properties, 5‑star hotels/resorts, or private clubs.
• Proven track record delivering ultra‑luxury service to high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget development, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional teams in a service‑oriented environment.
• Advanced proficiency in property management systems and CRM platforms.
