About the role

The Director of Spa & Wellness leads the vision, experience and operational excellence of Tierra Santa Healing House – The Red Sea, a South American‑inspired sanctuary within Faena The Red Sea. This senior role curates transformative wellness journeys that blend ancient healing rituals, shamanic traditions, indigenous ingredients and cutting‑edge longevity science.

Key responsibilities

• Define and champion the strategic wellness vision in line with Faena brand standards.
• Lead, inspire and mentor a multidisciplinary team of therapists, healers, technicians and wellness specialists.
• Oversee daily operations of the spa, hammam, wet areas, treatment rooms and consultation spaces, ensuring top‑class cleanliness, safety and ambience.
• Implement operating procedures, treatment protocols and service rituals that reflect the Tierra Santa holistic identity.
• Curate a world‑class menu of therapies incorporating shamanic wisdom, energy healing, somatic practices, indigenous ingredients and advanced technology.
• Design personalised wellness journeys, longevity programmes and seasonal rituals.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, drive continuous improvement and elevate every touchpoint of the guest experience.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, revenue forecasts, cost controls and performance KPIs.
• Drive financial success through treatment optimisation, retail strategy, membership initiatives and innovative programming.
• Analyse market trends, create new offerings and position the Healing House as a signature wellness destination.
• Recruit, train and develop exceptional spa, wellness and holistic practitioners.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in luxury spa or wellness environments.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align wellness concepts with brand standards.
• Creative and authentic approach to guest experience and emotional hospitality.
• Excellent operational management skills, including budgeting and KPI monitoring.
• Ability to inspire and develop multidisciplinary teams.
