About the role
Our client is a Saudi‑based holding group that manages a diverse portfolio of operating companies. The organization is strengthening portfolio governance and performance visibility, and is looking for a senior leader to drive these initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead portfolio performance management and PMO governance across all subsidiaries.
- Establish key performance indicators, reporting frameworks, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Identify performance gaps and support corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with subsidiary leadership and group executives.
- Support strategic initiatives and track transformation projects.
- Provide executive‑level reporting and influence decision‑making.
Required profile
- Senior experience in PMO, portfolio management or performance roles.
- Strong exposure to multi‑entity environments.
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated analytical strength, structured thinking and executive communication skills.
- Consulting or investment background is advantageous.
