Director, Sales TMTT – EEMEA

About the role

The Director, Sales TMTT EEMEA will lead Edwards Lifesciences’ Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Reporting to regional leadership, the role is responsible for driving sustainable growth, expanding therapy adoption and building a high‑performing commercial organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and accelerate the scaling of the TMTT portfolio across direct and distributor markets.
• Lead the launch and adoption of current and future TMTT innovations in partnership with global business units, clinical affairs and market access teams.
• Develop and execute market‑access strategies, including reimbursement initiatives and ecosystem partnerships, to broaden patient access.
• Build, develop and retain a geographically dispersed sales organization, ensuring succession planning and talent development.
• Establish Centers of Excellence, KOL relationships and referral networks to drive clinical capability and procedural uptake.

Required profile

• Proven success leading and scaling high‑performing, multi‑country teams in a fast‑growing, matrix environment.
• Experience launching high‑growth businesses or complex market‑development initiatives in MedTech, cardiovascular or structural‑heart therapeutic areas.
• Strong understanding of reimbursement, healthcare policy and therapy‑adoption dynamics.
• Ability to influence senior executives, healthcare leaders and external stakeholders.
