About the role

Our client, a market‑leading organisation in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition. This senior leadership position will shape the overall talent acquisition strategy, build high‑quality pipelines and partner directly with C‑suite executives to drive hiring excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead a talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
• Partner with C‑suite and senior leaders on workforce planning and critical hiring needs.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment for senior, specialist and high‑volume roles while ensuring a superior candidate experience.
• Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, market mapping, executive search and strategic partnerships.
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, employer branding, technology, analytics and candidate engagement.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search or HR within large or complex organisations.
• Proven track record of leading strategic, end‑to‑end talent acquisition across multiple functions and levels.
• Strong experience partnering with C‑suite and senior leadership on critical hiring and workforce planning.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian talent market, with established networks and knowledge of local recruitment practices.
• Commercially minded, data‑driven leader capable of building teams, influencing stakeholders and delivering high‑quality talent quickly.
