Dispatch Agent

About the role

We are seeking a Dispatch Agent to support fast‑paced, last‑mile delivery operations. You will coordinate and monitor orders from pickup to customer delivery, ensuring efficient dispatching and timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch orders to delivery partners efficiently.
• Monitor active deliveries and ensure orders are delivered within expected timeframes.
• Communicate with delivery partners and internal teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Track order status and take immediate action on delayed, cancelled, or problematic orders.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate critical cases when required.
• Follow up on delivery performance to meet service‑level targets.
• Maintain accurate dispatch and delivery records.
• Support daily operations and contribute to improving delivery efficiency and customer experience.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, delivery operations, or a related field.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving and multitasking skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with operational systems.
• Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends when required.
