Dispatch Planner

About the role

Jotun Saudia Co. Ltd. is hiring a Dispatch Planner in Riyadh, reporting to the Warehouse Manager. You will manage, organise and follow up on warehouse and logistics activities so that warehouse planning and operations run efficiently and safely in line with HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment and Quality) requirements and service targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors, Production Planners and Customer Service to follow up product availability, order dispatch timelines and order forecasts, ensuring on-time delivery of customer orders.
• Deliver the right orders to Jotun customers on or before the agreed dates, meeting OTIF and Internal Delivery Performance targets.
• Plan and schedule customer order deliveries in coordination with the relevant departments.
• Maintain 5S standards in the warehouse: cleanliness, product standards, designated areas and sorting.
• Report, monitor and analyse warehouse and logistics KPIs, and comply with HSEQ rules and regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a warehouse or dispatch function.
• Fluent Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Proven initiative, responsibility, methodical approach and ability to handle complex issues.
• Good cooperation with colleagues and commitment to continuous professional development.
