Dive Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Dive Operations Supervisor is a site‑based position responsible for the day‑to‑day execution of all dive centre activities. Working within a luxury marine tourism environment, the role ensures safe, efficient and high‑quality diving experiences for guests while supporting the Dive Centre Manager and instructional team.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Dive Centre Manager in daily operational management of the dive centre.
• Coordinate and oversee all dive operations, including schedules, boat logistics and equipment readiness.
• Supervise operational staff such as instructors, dive masters, boat crew and support teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and training agency regulations.
• Assist in pre‑opening planning, setup of infrastructure and development of operational procedures.
• Manage guest flow from check‑in through activity completion, delivering a seamless experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising dive centre or marine‑based operations.
• Strong knowledge of dive safety protocols and training agency standards.
• Ability to coordinate schedules, logistics and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
