Divemaster – Lead Dive Excursions & Support Dive Center

About the role

The Dive Center Divemaster is a site‑based operational position responsible for leading guided dive excursions, assisting with PADI dive training, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the dive centre at the Red Sea destination.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the Dive Center Manager and support overall centre operations.
• Lead certified divers on guided dives, ensuring safety, professionalism and high guest engagement.
• Assist PADI instructors during dive courses and adhere to all PADI standards and procedures.
• Prepare dive boats and teaching environments each day to guarantee operational readiness.
• Handle daily cylinder filling, equipment maintenance and keep the dive centre clean and presentable.
• Support retail and dive‑related sales activities as a brand ambassador for Galaxea experiences.
• Collaborate with Sustainability and SEZ teams to meet environmental and marine protection requirements.
• Assist the Senior Manager with the development and pre‑opening of new dive centres across other assets when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading certified divers on guided dives.
• Ability to assist PADI instructors and deliver dive courses according to PADI standards.
• Strong commitment to safety, guest satisfaction and environmental responsibility.
• Flexibility to work onsite and travel between assets as operational needs dictate.
