Divisional Service Manager – Machinery Division

About the role

Our client, a leading business conglomerate in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a Divisional Service Manager for the Machinery Division. The role will drive service market share growth across the installed base, ensure profitable and compliant service operations, and own the divisional P&L for all regions in the Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Increase service exploration percentage across the installed base for all represented OEMs.
• Expand preventive‑maintenance contracts, lifecycle services and convert reactive customers into structured service relationships.
• Own the Service divisional P&L, including labour revenue, margins, productivity, recovery and absorption.
• Define labour rate structures and service pricing models.
• Develop and govern the divisional service strategy, SOPs for workshops and field service, and align with OEM standards.
• Set technician productivity and utilisation standards, and lead service training and capability development.
• Ensure strong billing, cash discipline and minimise AR risk in partnership with Finance.
• Maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance, close audit findings and sustain ongoing compliance.

Required profile

• 10+ years of service leadership experience in machinery or capital‑equipment industries.
• Proven accountability for Service P&L and installed‑base growth.
• Experience working in ISO‑certified, audited environments.
• Engineering or technical degree.
• Strong financial, governance and matrix‑management capabilities.
