Document Controller Intern

About the role

Worley is seeking a motivated Document Controller Intern to support its document management processes on energy and resources projects in Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with project teams to ensure that all documentation is accurately recorded, stored, and readily accessible.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining both hard‑copy and electronic document control systems.
• Register, log, and track incoming and outgoing project documents.
• Ensure proper filing, archiving, and retrieval in line with company procedures.
• Support version control to guarantee that only the latest approved documents circulate.
• Coordinate with engineers, project staff, and administrators regarding document submissions and approvals.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all project information.
• Provide general administrative support related to document control activities.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or ongoing studies in a related field.
• Basic understanding of document control processes is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
