Document Controller – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for an experienced Document Controller to manage and maintain project documentation in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures that all records are accurate, readily available, and compliant with company and industry standards, supporting smooth information flow and project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain document control processes and procedures.
• Develop, configure, and maintain the Document Management System (DMS).
• Manage electronic and paper document flows, including registration, distribution, archiving, and transmission to clients and suppliers.
• Ensure proper document numbering, formatting, issuance, review, dispatch, recording, and archiving.
• Control and coordinate maintenance activity documentation and data.
• Identify, distribute, file, and store drawings and documents correctly.
• Perform general document control tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and compliance analysis.
• Monitor technical document review and approval according to schedule.
• Establish and maintain the Master Document Register in cooperation with the field maintenance team.

Required profile

• Graduate of a 4‑year degree program in any field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in document control or document administration.
• Strong oral and written English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize document‑related tasks.

Required skills

• Document Management System (DMS) usage.
