Document Controller – Saudi National

About the role

Parsons is seeking a Saudi National Document Controller to manage and maintain documentation for the Contracts Department. You will ensure that all incoming and outgoing documents are properly recorded, distributed, stored, and archived across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Operate document control systems on Royal Commission platforms and manage hard‑copy archiving for several projects.
• Control document flow, including dispatch, transfer, distribution, numbering, archiving, and retrieval.
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants to confirm receipt of files and follow up on delays.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications, contractor documents, design and construction documents, and remove superseded data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in project coordination, document control or administration.
• Ability to prepare reports, flow charts, schedules and action plans.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and time‑management skills.
