About the role
Urban Builders is seeking a skilled Draftsman to join its construction team in Jeddah. The role focuses on producing accurate shop, construction and as‑built drawings while collaborating closely with engineers, architects and site personnel.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, modify and update shop drawings, construction drawings and as‑built drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate drawing revisions with engineers, architects and on‑site teams to ensure design intent.
- Review dimensions and technical details for accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain organized drawing files and ensure timely delivery to project stakeholders.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Draftsman, preferably in construction or contracting.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing preparation.
- Good understanding of architectural, structural and construction drawings.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Good command of English.
