Dressing & Signage Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Dressing & Signage Coordinator to join the event operations team for a major international football tournament in Saudi Arabia. The role will ensure that all branding, signage and visual elements are delivered and installed to the highest standards across the venues.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery and installation of event dressing, branding and signage in assigned areas.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors and internal teams to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Support site inspections, create installation schedules and conduct quality checks.
• Monitor signage and branding requirements throughout the event lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve operational issues related to dressing and signage.
• Maintain accurate trackers, plans and documentation.
• Assist broader venue and event operations teams as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in events, exhibitions, activations, production, venue operations, branding or signage.
• Strong coordination and organisational abilities.
• Proven track record working with multiple suppliers, contractors or stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, site‑based environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Previous involvement in large‑scale or major sporting events is an advantage.
