Driver – Transport Workers Between Dormitory and Yard

About the role

The Driver will safely transport workers between the accommodation dormitory and the project site/yard, ensuring punctual and reliable service. This role requires strict adherence to traffic regulations, company safety policies, and vehicle maintenance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Transport workers between dormitory and yard according to scheduled timings.
• Ensure the safety and well‑being of passengers during each trip.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks (fuel level, engine condition, cleanliness) and report any defects.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the assigned vehicle.
• Assist in coordinating transport schedules when required.
• Adhere to all traffic rules and company safety regulations.

Required profile

• Valid Saudi Arabia driving licence for the appropriate vehicle class (bus/van).
• Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience, preferably transporting workers.
• Good knowledge of local traffic regulations and routes.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality and safety awareness.
• Ability to communicate basic instructions in English.
• Physically fit and able to work in a site‑based environment.
