Driver – Worker Transportation

About the role

The Driver is responsible for safely transporting workers between accommodation facilities and the project site or yard. This role ensures punctual, reliable, and secure movement of personnel while complying with all safety and traffic regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Transport workers between dormitory and yard according to scheduled timings.
• Ensure the safety and well‑being of passengers during transit.
• Adhere strictly to traffic rules and company safety regulations.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks (fuel level, engine condition, cleanliness).
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or incidents promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the assigned vehicle.
• Assist in coordinating transport schedules when required.
• Ensure punctuality and reliability in all transportation duties.

Required profile

• Valid Saudi Arabia driving license (appropriate class for the assigned vehicle, e.g., bus/van).
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant driving experience, preferably in worker transportation.
• Good knowledge of local traffic regulations and routes.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and safety awareness.
• Ability to communicate basic instructions in English.
• Physically fit and able to work in a site‑based environment.

Required skills
