Driving Instructor – Defensive Driving & MHE Trainer

About the role

Almarai is seeking a qualified Driving Instructor to ensure safe and defensive driving practices across its fleet of company vehicles and material handling equipment (MHE). The role involves selecting, inducting, assessing, and continuously developing staff drivers to maintain an accident‑free environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct trade tests and assessments for new drivers and MHE operators during the selection process.
• Deliver induction programmes and ongoing training on defensive driving and safe MHE operation.
• Monitor driver performance and provide coaching to uphold safety standards.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance before authorising vehicle or poultry‑vehicle operation.
• Collaborate with operational teams to align training with technical and operational requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Driving and MHE Instructor.
• Certified Driving Instructor qualification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Action‑oriented with strong planning and alignment capabilities.
