E-Commerce & Omni-Channel Development Lead

About the role

The E‑Commerce & Omni‑Channel Development Lead will drive growth of Abbott Nutrition’s digital commerce business in Saudi Arabia, shaping strategy across marketplaces, pharmacy chains, quick‑commerce platforms and direct‑to‑consumer channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive e‑commerce and omni‑channel growth strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue opportunities across pure‑play e‑commerce, pharmacy e‑commerce, marketplaces, quick‑commerce and omni‑retail customers.
• Lead joint business planning with key online partners to accelerate category and brand growth.
• Ensure best‑in‑class digital shelf content, improve product discoverability, and monitor KPIs such as availability, search rankings and ratings.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing and Sales to launch digital‑first campaigns, media investments and promotional activities.
• Analyze performance data, produce dashboards and reports on sales, market share, traffic, conversion and ROI to guide commercial decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Digital Commerce or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in FMCG, Healthcare, Nutrition or Consumer Health, with at least 3‑5 years leading e‑commerce or omni‑channel functions.
