About the role

The E‑Commerce Specialist will manage and develop online sales channels, driving growth and enhancing the customer experience across digital platforms. The role involves daily operation of e‑commerce sites, monitoring performance, and collaborating with marketing, content and service teams.

Key responsibilities

Manage and update e‑commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
Monitor daily sales performance and key metrics.
Optimize product listings, user experience, and conversion rates.
Coordinate with marketing, content, and customer service teams.
Manage online promotions, pricing, and product availability.
Support order processing, delivery coordination, and returns.
Prepare basic performance reports and suggest improvements.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in e‑commerce or digital sales.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
