E-commerce Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an agile E‑commerce Specialist to drive digital sales growth for our health, snacking and confectionery portfolios in Saudi Arabia. The role will manage day‑to‑day operations across major marketplaces and quick‑commerce apps, ensuring optimal product presentation and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Own the daily management of brand stores and product catalogs on e‑commerce platforms, maintaining accurate titles, descriptions, images, A+ content and SEO‑optimized copy in Arabic and English.
• Plan and execute platform‑specific promotional calendars, flash sales and sponsored ads, securing premium digital shelf space and banner placements.
• Track and analyse KPIs such as GMV, conversion rate, traffic and AOV; generate reports on competitor pricing, campaign performance and category trends.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain and logistics teams to monitor stock levels, forecast demand and prevent out‑of‑stock situations.
• Coordinate new product introductions and digital bundling strategies in line with the marketing calendar.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing e‑commerce operations in the FMCG or D2C sector, preferably within the Saudi market.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English to manage cross‑functional teams.
