E-service Development Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced E-service Development Supervisor to oversee the development and delivery of the Group's digital services and electronic applications. The role will be responsible for designing and building integrated digital solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring their quality and operational efficiency, supporting their ongoing operation and maintenance, and continuously improving them in line with the latest technologies and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and build high‑quality web, mobile applications and digital platforms aligned with business needs.
• Analyze digital business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and implement solutions following software engineering and coding best practices.
• Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure quality and efficiency before launch.
• Manage transition of solutions from development to production without operational impact.
• Monitor application stability, performance and address post‑launch feedback and defects.
• Coordinate with development, design and infrastructure teams for system integration.
• Support stakeholders to improve user experience and integrate with other organizational systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience developing digital services or applications.
• Experience developing web and mobile applications.
• Experience with Low‑Code/No‑Code platforms, especially OutSystems.
• Proven experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and system testing.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
