Early Career Inside Sales Trainee – Service Products (Saudi)

About the role

As an Early Career Trainee in Inside Sales you will grow sales of GE Healthcare service products in Saudi Arabia, contacting hospitals, clinics and biomedical departments via phone and email to generate new business and maintain long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the assigned service product portfolio to achieve and exceed order and revenue targets through outbound and inbound calls and email activities.
• Implement a proactive call schedule to increase sales productivity and maintain a balanced funnel of prospects.
• Maintain complete knowledge of each account’s history, contacts and long‑term purchase plans.
• Track call outcomes and opportunities using GE CRM tools.
• Act as primary salesperson for tactical opportunities, preparing proposals, negotiating and securing orders.
• Support field service engineers and the service sales team by identifying prospects and developing targeted account strategies.
• Collaborate with product managers on campaigns, go‑to‑market approaches and territory strategies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and market dynamics to offer creative solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma.
• Fluency in reading and writing English and Arabic.
• Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills with a persuasive presentation style.
• Highly motivated, goal‑oriented self‑starter able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Basic understanding of medical equipment and service offerings.
