Ecommerce Channel Manager – Jeddah, KSA

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Channel Manager to lead the transformation and growth of our online sales in Saudi Arabia. Based in Jeddah, you will design the e‑commerce journey, identify new channels and ensure profitable business generation across the digital ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the e‑commerce transformation roadmap, targeting emerging channels and profitable growth.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, sales) to align product portfolio, content strategy and promotional campaigns.
• Set up robust review mechanisms, analyse MIS data and drive insights for action planning.
• Develop promotional and assortment strategies, evolve SKU focus and monitor key performance metrics such as UV, CVR, AOV and loyalty.
• Standardise and optimise sales processes with e‑tailers, ensuring timely product listings, accurate descriptions and pricing updates.
• Lead omnichannel strategy for KSA, provide thought leadership to senior management and secure buy‑in for key initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with top online retailers, negotiate support plans and drive first‑brand‑seen status on their sites.
• Track and manage commercial budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and achievement of sales, profit and market‑share targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ecommerce channel management or related commercial roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills across functional areas.
• Leadership capability to drive omnichannel strategy and influence senior management.
