E‑Commerce Manager

About the role

The E‑Commerce Manager will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the hotel’s website, ensuring content is up‑to‑date and aligned with Kempinski corporate standards. The role also drives SEO, email marketing and social media activities to increase the hotel’s online visibility and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage website content in all languages, coordinate updates with the corporate office and ensure compliance with CMS guidelines.
• Develop and maintain a keyword matrix, optimise meta tags and monitor search‑engine rankings to improve page rank.
• Create and send regular email newsletters, maintaining a subscriber database in line with corporate branding.
• Oversee corporate social‑media channels, respond to guest interactions and ensure consistent brand representation.
• Design and execute e‑marketing strategies for key feeder markets, including partnerships with local and regional online platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing hotel or hospitality websites and digital marketing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research.
• Hands‑on experience with email‑marketing tools and social‑media management.
• Ability to collaborate with corporate teams, external agencies and internal stakeholders.
