EFL Instructor – Academic English (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified EFL Instructor to deliver academic English language classes and key skills programs for trainees in Saudi Arabia. The role involves teaching, curriculum development, and supporting student progress within a vocational or higher‑education setting.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English language curriculum to SPSP trainees, including academic and employability modules.
• Collaborate with team members to create revision materials, test banks, and remedial resources.
• Monitor student progress, analyze test results, and address weak areas through remedial or make‑up lessons.
• Substitute for other faculty members as needed.
• Enforce SPSP rules and regulations and encourage trainee compliance.
• Prepare and implement lesson plans following prescribed pacing schedules.
• Participate in team meetings and coordinate with SPSP departments such as operations, support services, and student affairs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in TESOL, TEFL, Education, or a related field.
• CELTA certification (or equivalent recognized teaching certificate).
• IELTS score of 6.0 or higher (bilingual candidates preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years teaching experience, preferably in a vocational or higher‑education institution.
• Experience in a technical or employability context is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and willingness to support staff and students.
